Terms & Conditions

Last updated Oct 19, 2026 7 min read
These terms apply when you use bloompixel.com or store.bloompixel.com, and when you buy, download or use one of our products. By using our websites or products, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Support Policy are part of these terms.

1. Who we are

BloomPixel (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a WordPress product studio based at 2293, Sector 89, Mohali, Punjab, India. You can reach us at hello@bloompixel.com. “You” means anyone who visits our websites or uses our products.

2. Products these terms cover

These terms cover:
  • Premium plugins sold on store.bloompixel.com, such as Max Addons for Bricks and TableMaster for Elementor.
  • Our free plugins on WordPress.org.
Some products are sold elsewhere, and the seller’s own terms apply to those purchases:

3. Licenses

Our plugins are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Buying a premium plugin gets you a license key. While the license is active, it gives you:
  • Plugin updates and downloads.
  • Support from our team.
  • Use on the number of sites included in your plan.
Your plan’s site limit is shown at checkout and in your account. To move a license to a different site, deactivate it on the old site first. You can use your license on your own sites and on client sites you build or manage, up to your plan’s site limit. Please don’t share your license key publicly, resell it or let others use it. A license can’t be transferred to another person without our written permission. The GPL covers the plugin code. It doesn’t give you the right to use the BloomPixel name or our product names and logos, and we provide updates and support only for copies bought from us. Some plugins include third-party libraries, fonts or images. These come with their own licenses.

4. Buying and delivery

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, and we never see or store your full card details. Once your payment goes through, we email you a receipt with your download links and license keys. You can also find them anytime in your account. If the email doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll resend your purchase details. We email you about your purchases, licenses and renewals. Our newsletter is separate and optional, and you can unsubscribe anytime. We may change our prices. A price change never affects a payment you’ve already made, and your subscription keeps renewing at its current price unless we email you about a change beforehand.

5. Yearly licenses and renewals

Yearly licenses renew automatically every year until you cancel, using the payment method you bought with. Renewals come with a 30% renewal discount. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime in your account. Your license then stays active until the end of the year you’ve paid for. If your license expires, the plugin keeps working on your sites, but updates and support stop until you renew.

6. Lifetime licenses

A lifetime license is a one-time payment that includes updates and support for as long as we develop the plugin. “Lifetime” means the life of the product, not a set number of years. If we ever stop developing a plugin, we’ll announce it on the plugin’s website. The plugin keeps working on your sites, but new updates and support end.

7. Refunds

New purchases of yearly licenses can be refunded within 14 days if the plugin doesn’t work as described and our support team can’t fix the problem. Renewals and lifetime licenses are not refundable. When we refund a purchase, its license key is deactivated. Our Refund Policy has the full details. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

8. Support and updates

Premium plugins come with support while your license is active, on the support page of each plugin’s website. Free plugins are supported in their WordPress.org forums. Support covers help with using the plugin and fixing bugs in it. It doesn’t cover custom code, design work, or problems caused by other plugins, themes or your hosting. Our Support Policy has the details. Updates are delivered through your WordPress dashboard while your license is active. Please back up your site before installing or updating any plugin.

9. Your account

Keep your account login safe. You’re responsible for anything done through your account. We may suspend or close an account, or deactivate a license, if:
  • A license key is shared publicly or resold.
  • We find fraud, payment abuse such as unjustified chargebacks, piracy or other illegal activity.
  • Someone is abusive towards our team or other customers.
  • We believe the account has been compromised.
Where it’s reasonable, we’ll contact you before we act.

10. Using our websites

The content on our websites, including text, documentation, images, videos and design, belongs to BloomPixel or to the people who license it to us. You can view it and print pages for your own use, but please don’t republish, sell or redistribute it without our permission. Plugin code is covered by the GPL, as described above. If you post a comment, you’re responsible for what it says. We may remove comments that are spam, offensive or unlawful. Our websites link to sites we don’t control, and we’re not responsible for their content. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use cookies.

11. Warranty

We build and test our products carefully, but we can’t promise they’ll work with every theme, plugin, hosting setup or WordPress version, or that they’ll be free of errors. Before buying, you can try the free version or the demos on each plugin’s website, where available. To the extent the law allows, our products and websites are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:
  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
  • Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

13. Affiliate program

These rules apply if you join our affiliate program:
  • You apply using our affiliate application form, and we approve or decline applications at our discretion.
  • Commissions are paid once a month, by the 20th.
  • A referral earns commission only if the customer’s license is still active when commissions are paid. Refunded orders don’t earn commission.
  • Self-referrals aren’t allowed. You can’t use your own affiliate link to buy for yourself, under another name or for a family member.
  • We may remove you from the program for self-referrals, fraudulent transactions or other affiliate fraud. Commission from those referrals isn’t paid.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change significantly affects customers with active licenses, we’ll tell you by email or with a notice on our website. If you keep using our websites or products after a change, the updated terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Mohali, Punjab handle any disputes. If you’re a consumer outside India, you keep the protection of your country’s mandatory consumer laws and may be able to bring a claim in your local courts. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
