Do BloomPixel themes work with WordPress.com?

No, BloomPixel themes work only with self hosted WordPress.org installation. You will need your own domain name and web hosting to use our themes.

Are BloomPixel themes translation-ready?

Yes, all our themes are translation-ready and are supplied with .pot file. The procedure to translate the themes is explained in documentation of all themes.

Do your themes work with WordPress multi-site?

Yes, our themes are compatible with WordPress multi-site and our demos are also hosted using WordPress multi-site.

Support Questions

How can I get support for a theme?

We offer support through our Contact Us page. You can send a message to us with your support query and we will reply within 24 hours.

How long will I be able to get support for my purchased theme?

We offer 6 months support for our themes purchased from ThemeForest and 1 year support for our club themes.

What does your support cover?

Everything related to issues arising from theme features, bugs in theme are covered under the support. We don’t offer support for issues arising from other plugins or server issues. However if there is conflict with popular plugin, we try to resolve that issue.

Are custom customizations covered under support?

No, we don’t provide custom customizations under support. We do provide some services and you can hire us to do the customization.

Can you install and setup theme with demo content for me?

No, installation of theme is not covered under support. We provide extensive documentation and video tutorials to guide you with the installation process.

What happens when my support is expired?

We will not be able to provide any kind of support when your support is expired. You can purchase the support pack if you purchased our theme from ThemeForest and you can renew the membership if you purchased theme from our website.
